Day 33

Day 33: October 31, 2021 (Poplarville MS to Gautier MS)

Today was the best day of riding for the entire trip.  We made an alteration to the planned route and rode on the gulf front for about 15 miles.  It was peaceful and beautiful.  

The rest of the ride was on good shoulders with modest traffic.  The weather was sunny, about 68 degrees and modest winds.  No flat tires today.

This was Kelly’s last day.  Ron and Kimberly are taking over for the rest of the ride.  That feels good to say; the end of this journey is in sight.
