3,000 Miles: San Diego, CA to Jacksonville, FL in 40 Days

Tim Markison is a 60 year-old recreational cyclist.

On November 7th, 2021, Tim completed his 40 day bike ride across the US to raise awareness about child sexual abuse.

Did you know 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men were sexually abused as children? Those statistics have not changed in 30 years. Most were abused by adults who were themselves victims of child abuse. We need to end the cycle - Abusers must stop abusing. To raise awareness, Tim Markison rode his bicycle from San Diego to Jacksonville, Florida.
